COMRADE JUBRIL AROGUNDADE IMPEACHED

The vice president of NANS turkish zone, comrade Jubril Arogundade, who is the CEO of Ofhand magazine, and comrade David, who is also the financial secretary of NANS TRzone yesterday 12/07/2015 been impeached by the senate of the NANS turkish zone, the sitting cheered by the senate president, also the EMU NSS President, comrade Salim ringim,at lala mustafa conference hall in EMU, the impeachment was as a result of some allegations raised against them, such as revealing the secret of the union, recording voice tape of the meeting of the association, sending false information about the association to the main body in Nigeria, and also trying to hijack the presidents seat, before the meeting last week, comrade Jubril present a letter of impeachment of the NANS TRzone President, which he said it was sent from the main national body in Nigeria, and also presented another letter of appointing him (Jubril) as the acting President NANS TRzone and also directing him to start preparation for the forth coming conventions and election, after that, the senate said that the two letters are invalid, thereby they can not accept them, we tried to take a glance at the letters but the senate members denied us a visual access to the letters to confirm the difference, so we don't know whether the issue of mismatch signature is true or not, as said by them, different signatures where spotted on both the two letters instead of one signature, that is the signature of the NANS main body President comrade Tijjani.
Alongside, Comrade Hamza presented the impeachment letter to comrade Arogundade and comrade David but they both denied it and saying they cannot accept it because they are not guilty, on that case Comrade Jubril and Comrade David stood up and walk out of the meeting, which we heard comrade David saying he will be back in 10 minutes but he didn't showed up till the end of the meeting,
Comrade David later called us pleading that we should please not air what he said in the interview we had with him, also saying he will call a press conference about the issue. unfortunately comrade David seem not to know who the press are, he thinks the press are working for him or for NANS, thats why he is giving such kind of direct command to the press men.
Moreover, after the issue of the impeachment was concluded, the senate president, comrade Hamza asked the General Secretary, comrade Emmanuel to give a brief recap of the union's status, where Emmanuel stated that the union has been going slowly due to some reasons, one of the reasons he stated was the issue of debt they owe some individuals, the association borrowed some money during the time of their inauguration for the preparation of the inauguration and other things, hoping to get the money from the so promised 5million naira by the NANS national body.

Does that mean Jubril and David are permanently outlined from NANS TRzone being them among the pioneers?
Or does that mean NANS Senate doesn't have the right to impeach any of the senate of executive member of the association found guilty of any offence?
